Built in 1949 by Mogensen & Dessaus Væverier, the large factory hall now houses the modern residential concept Tekstilgangen. The old factory, also known as Vævestuen, contains 27 modern apartments and a large covered common area of 600 square meters. As the first residential concept of its kind in Odense, Tekstilgangen promotes a sense of community, good neighborliness, and a safe living environment. The concept respects the individual needs of its residents and offers an ideal living space for those who enjoy being part of a community while also valuing privacy, or for those looking for a safe and close-knit neighborhood. The apartment facades are clad in sand-colored Swisspearl Patina Original panels, creating a sleek and elegant appearance. Combined with wood, greenery, and shared spaces, Tekstilgangen exudes a warm and homely atmosphere.
Please note that this Reference project features Patina products. However, since the colour range for Patina NXT is the same, this reference also provides a general impression of the look and feel of a Patina NXT project.
