The reconstruction of SWH office center in one of the largest business districts in Riga was completed in September 2019. Modern office space was built on an area of over 16,000 sqm. For the two buildings, which were located in the military zone during Soviet times, it was important to find a modern and aesthetic, but also long-term solution for the facade design.
In order to optimally emphasize the architectural values of the two buildings, a combination of metal sheets and Swisspearl Largo Carat fiber cement panels was chosen.
