For processing and cutting, the usual safety regulations must be observed. Safety goggles, breathing mask, hearing protection, gloves and safety shoes should be worn anyway during manual work and should be a matter of course. If holes are to be drilled, a normal masonry drill is preferable. With the low material thickness of a fibre cement board, a percussion drill is not necessary. In fact, a cordless screwdriver is more suitable because it does not run at such a high speed. In most cases, a fibre cement board must also be cut to size. A hand saw or table saw are suitable for this. With the right saw blade and a moderate cutting speed, success is guaranteed. Many projects can be realized quickly and easily with fibre cement panels. Hardly any other material offers so many advantages and possibilities. Whether indoors or outdoors, fibre cement makes all living dreams come true.
