The architecture of the new residential building on the outskirts of Zurich is thoughtfully aligned with the natural contours of the terrain. Diagonally cantilevered balconies open in all directions, creating a close connection with the surrounding green spaces. This design creates fluid transitions between interior and exterior, allowing the balconies to be experienced as garden areas full of vibrant atmosphere. The precisely crafted fiber-cement building envelope gives the structure a distinctive expressive character while integrating it naturally and harmoniously into the landscape.
