Marina Tower

At 138 metres high and with 520 apartments, Marina Tower has become a striking new landmark along the Danube in Vienna. The building consists of both a high-rise and a lower section, united by a shared base featuring an arcade facing the city and access to a central glass-covered atrium.

The façade is designed as a dark, ventilated rainscreen clad with Swisspearl Zenor fibre cement panels. It creates a clear contrast to the white concrete balconies, which break up the façade line and open the residences towards panoramic views of Vienna.

With geothermal energy for heating and cooling, combined with a well-insulated building envelope, Marina Tower brings together a strong architectural expression and a thoughtfully designed sustainability concept.
