Laaneserva residential area

The Laaneserva residential area comprises four row houses whose architectural character is defined by their distinctive form and thoughtful placement on the site. Designed to stand apart from typical row-house developments, the L-shaped volumes are arranged to create a sheltered and quiet inner courtyard, giving residents a calm, village-like micro-environment within nature. This layout also informs the orientation of the terraces: positioned in different directions, they ensure that each household can enjoy maximum privacy and a sense of seclusion.

Contextual sensitivity played a central role in shaping the architectural solution. The façades combine light and dark surfaces, creating rhythm and visual depth while helping the buildings settle naturally into the surrounding landscape. The material palette is contemporary and carefully curated: two contrasting tones of Swisspearl Zenor façade panels, timber cladding, and dark-framed openings work together to create a balanced, modern, and timeless expression.

Swisspearl Zenor facade panels were chosen for their durability, low maintenance requirements, and refined natural texture. These panels highlight the clarity of the buildings’ geometry and enable the architecture to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
