Långsjö School is located near the Gömmaren Nature Reserve on the outskirts of Stockholm. The school accommodates 360 pupils, from preschool class to Grade 3.

The building's design draws inspiration from mountain landscapes, and this concept is reflected in the facade. Three different shades of Swisspearl Patina Inline NXT fibre cement panels have been combined to create a pattern reminiscent of a mountain range.

The panels' linear grooving enhances the pattern and creates a three-dimensional sense of depth, which becomes particularly striking when viewed from a distance. The result is a vibrant facade that blends naturally into the school's green surroundings.

The linear grooves in the surface of Patina Inline NXT panels create depth and a three-dimensional appearance on the facade. Combined with the panel's surface texture, the geometric lines form a lively and dynamic composition that changes character depending on the light and viewing angle.

By combining horizontal and vertical installation, a wide variety of patterns and unique facade expressions can be achieved.

Over time, Patina Inline NXT develops its characteristic patina, giving the surface a natural appearance and rich, nuanced colour variation.
