Three light-coloured cubic volumes with textured fibre cement façades and a differentiated panel layout are carefully integrated into their surroundings. Set within a landscaped green space and framed by existing buildings that only slightly exceed their height, the buildings establish a calm yet distinctive presence. Their contemporary architectural expression is defined by a clear formal language, articulated through precise detailing, clean lines and the deliberate composition of the building volumes. The pitched roofs are clad with Ondapress 36 and continue the façade colour, creating a coherent and monolithic building envelope.
