The design for Beslag Design’s new office and warehouse reflects the company’s strong focus on design, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Developed through collaborative contracting, the building balances high functionality with a carefully considered architectural expression, creating a workplace designed to support both everyday use and long-term adaptability.
The facade is clad in Swisspearl fibre cement panels mounted on steel substructures. The naturally patinated surface creates subtle tonal variation, giving the facade depth and a calm, tactile character. Combined with sandwich elements and concrete, the restrained material palette establishes a robust yet refined architectural identity.
The compact panel formats optimise material utilisation while simplifying installation, contributing to an efficient construction process. Throughout the project, careful attention was given to material selection and detailing, with the ambition of creating a modern, durable building where architectural quality and functionality are equally prioritised.
