Thanks to its format, this board stands for cost-effective roofing of large roof areas on buildings used for agricultural or industrial purposes, such as stables, riding stables, warehouses and production facilities.
Sound-reducing, rust-free, non-combustible and able to absorb condensation, Swisspearl W177-5.5 are the preferred choice for roofing single-skin structures. Their moisture-regulating properties also make them a popular roofing material for garages and carports.
With a cover width of 873 mm and 177 x 51 mm corrugated troughs, this corrugated sheet has a large surface area and thus a high water absorption capacity. It can be installed on both large and small roof areas with a minimum pitch of 7°.
Due to the polypropylene safety strip incorporated in each corrugation, Swisspearl corrugated sheets have a confirmed fall-through safety. Swisspearl fibre cement corrugated sheets are sound-absorbing; a significant advantage in animal husbandry. However, Swisspearl corrugated sheets also dampen sound from the inside to the outside, which has a positive effect on noise pollution in the surrounding area. In addition, they are non-combustible and resistant to ammonia and other chemical influences.
Swisspearl corrugated sheets are available in natural grey (uncoated) or coated in 5 popular roof colours. A precisely coordinated range of moulded parts, such as components for flashings and ridges, ensures an overall coherent appearance and usefully complements the portfolio. Swisspearl's 3-step coating process ensures a high-quality and permanently beautiful panel surface.
